All the operations concerning the collection, process, classification and manufacturing of olives are performed by Nobex Agroindustrial, an enterprise with an industrial plant in Tacna (844 miles south of Lima.) and another one in Acarí-Arequipa (344 miles south of Lima), main olive growing areas in the country.

In these two plants, Nobex Agroindustrial can stock up to 7,000 mt. We expect this to grow along our new olive varieties development.

In order to have a standard and stable fermentation process, Nobex Agroindustrial has invested in water treatment equipment, hydraulic infrastructure and control systems that help us increase production volumes without risking olive quality.

Finally, these plants are oriented to improve the relationship with producers by providing technical, financial and logistic support. That is how Nobex Agroindustrial becomes the producers' first alternative to do business with.
